对“骨错缝、筋出槽”的认识及临床诊断

Understanding and diagnosis of “Gu Cuo Feng and Jin Chu Cao(骨错缝、筋出槽)”

中医学认为"骨错缝、筋出槽"是颈椎病等脊柱退行性疾病发病的关键病机,但是对"骨错缝、筋出槽"概念还存在不少争议。本文强调应从"结构异常"及"功能异常"两方面来全面理解"骨错缝、筋出槽"的概念,并从临床症状、颈椎病常规体征、特殊体征(主要通过触诊获得)、影像学测量(特殊测量方法)4个方面来探索建立颈椎"骨错缝、筋出槽"的临床诊断标准。

Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that ＂Gu Cuo Feng and Jin Chu Cao （骨错缝 、 筋出槽 ）＂is the key pathogenesis for spinal degenerative disease,such as cervical spondylosis,but there is also lots of controversy for the concept of ＂Gu Cuo Feng and Jin Chu Cao（骨错缝 、筋出槽 ）＂. The paper emphasizes the concept of ＂Gu Cuo Feng and Jin Chu Cao（骨错缝、筋出槽）＂from structural abnormality and dysfunction,and build the clinical standard of cervical ＂Gu Cuo Feng and Jin Chu Cao（骨错缝、筋出槽）＂from clinical symptoms,conventional physical signs of cervical spondylosis,special physical signs （mainly by palpation） and imaging measurement （special measuring method）.
