脑出血合并低钠血症患者临床诊治情况分析

目的分析脑出血合并低钠血症患者的临床特点以及诊治情况。方法选择于山东省平原县第一人民医院2010年3月-2011年8月所收治的脑出血并低钠血症患者共48例,并对低钠血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在48例患者中,患抗利尿激素分泌异常占3例(6.25%),脑性耗盐综合征13例(27.08%)。结论脑出血合并低钠血症患者的临床表现特点具有多样性,管理上需采取分型管理,给予及时治疗,能够更好地促进病情快速康复,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment for patients with cerebral hemorrhagecomplicated with hyponatremia. Methods 48 patients with cerebral hemorrhagecomplicated with hyponatremia treated in our hospital from March 2010 to August 2011 were selected. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 3 patients with inappropriate antidiuretic hormone（6.25%）and 13 patients with cerebral salt wasting syndrome（27.08%）in 48 patients. Conclusion There is a lot of diversity for clinical manifestation of patients with cerebral hemorrhagecomplicated with hyponatremia. Classification management should be adopted in management, and giving patients timely treatment, which can promote the rapid recovery of patients better and improve the treatment effect.
