高压氧治疗对颅脑损伤患者C-反应蛋白和血糖影响的研究

摘要 目的研究探讨高压氧治疗颅脑损伤患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血糖的变化。方法选取2010年2月-2012年2月颅脑损伤的患者42例,按照数字表随机抽取法将其分成观察组与对照组,各21例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予高压氧治疗,观察对比两组治疗前后患者CRP、血糖及GCS评分的变化。结果两组患者治疗后CRP、空腹血糖水平与治疗前比较明显下降,GCS评分与治疗前比较明显提高(P<0.05),观察组改善程度更为显著(P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗颅脑损伤,能够明显降低CRP和血糖水平,改善预后,因此在治疗过程中,密切监测CRP与血糖的变化,有助于临床观察颅脑损伤的病情进展、评价疗效和预后。 Objective Study of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of traumatic brain injury patients with C-reactive protein (CRP) and the changes of blood glucose. Methods From February 2012 to February 2010 in our hospital, 42 patients with craniocerebral injury, in accordance with the digital table random extraction will be divided into observation group and control group, each with 21 cases, control group was given routine treatment, the observation group in the control group was given based on hyperbaric oxygen therapy, were compared between two groups before and after treatment in patients with CRP, changes of blood glucose and GCS score. Results The two groups of patients after treatment with CRP, fasting plasma glucose levels compared with before treatment was significantly decreased compared with those before the treatment, the GCS score increased significantly (P〈0.05), the observation group improved more significantly (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy plus hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of traumatic brain injury, can significantly reduce CRP and blood glucose levels, improve prognosis, therefore in the course of treatment, close monitoring of CRP and the changes of blood glucose, can contribute to assist clinical observation of brain injury progresses, evaluation of curative effect, assessment of prognosis.
