医患沟通在妇科手术患者护理中的体会

目的分析医患沟通在妇科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法将120例妇科手术患者分为观察组与对照组,各60例。分别采用常规结合医患沟通方式以及常规方式进行护理,比较患者围手术期的焦虑SAS评分情况,以及患者的满意度情况。结果观察组患者的焦虑情况明显要轻;观察组患者总满意率为96.7%,对照组83.3%,观察组整体效果明显更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医患沟通应用于妇科手术中效果明显。

Objective To analyze the application effect of doctor-patient communication in the nursing of gynecological surgery. Methods The patients were divided into observation group and control group, each group respectively used ordinary nursing combined with doctor-patient communication and ordinary nursing, then the anxiety SAS scores before and after surgery and the satisfaction of patients were compared. Results The anxiety of observation group was less obviously;the satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.7%, the satisfaction rate of control group was 83.3%,the differences was significant on the whole（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of doctor-patient communication in the nursing gynecological surgery is obvious, the medical clinical can apply in a wide rage.
