半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的108例患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠,对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶口服,1g/次,3次/d,加0.5%甲硝唑100mL保留灌肠,观察两组治疗效果及主要症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为64.8%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组在改善腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、里急后重等症状方面优于对照组。结论半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效优于西医治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction with Chinese medicine retention in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 108 patients were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Banxiaxiexin Decoction with Chinese medicine retention . The control group was given Sulfasalazine, 1 g/time, 3 times/d;and 0.5%metronidazole 100 mL retention enema. The effect and main symptoms was observed. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%, control group was 64.8%, The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;And the treatment group in improving the diarrhea, the symptom such as purulent blood, abdominal pain, tenesmus, better than the control group . Conclusion The effect that Banxiaxiexin Decoction with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis is better than Western medicine treatment.
