中西医结合治疗冠心病的临床分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病的治疗效果。方法选取增城市派潭镇中心卫生院收治的90例冠心病患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予中药汤剂,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心绞痛发作频率和发作持续时间均明显降低,而研究组治疗后下降程度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗冠心病疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,治疗效果明显优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Objective To explore combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease clinical therapeutic effect.Methods Select 90 cases of coronary heart disease,it will be divided into research group and control group, each group of each 40 cases ,control group in conventional western medicine treatment, research group on the basis of the control group add traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and give a comparative analysis of the two groups of treatment effect.Results The total effective rate treatment were higher than that of control group, two groups of the total effective rate difference compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups of angina pectoris attack frequency and attack duration were significantly reduced, and the degree of decline of research group after treatment significantly greater than control group, contrast differences are significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） definite effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, the treatment effect is obviously superior to the conventional treatment of western medicine.
