综合案例实验教学法用于护理学基础教学效果观察

摘要 目的观察采用综合案例实验教学法用于《护理学基础》的教学效果。方法选择嘉应学院医学院2011级中专护理专业100名,按班次分为研究班和对照班。对照班学生采用传统的教学方法,以教师课堂理论讲授为主,配合必要的技能操作,即"理论讲授——教师演示——学生模拟训练"。对照班则采用综合案例实验教学法进行教学。具体步骤(:1)综合案例实验教学师资配置与方案实施:即成立教研组、教研组教师集体备课、教学步骤的实施、课时安排(;2)学生分组(;3)操作项目(案例)设计(;4)考核。考核等级分为优、良、中、差四个级别。若总分90~100分为优,80~89分为良,70~79分为中,≤60分为差。结果研究班技能操作考核成绩优于对照班,差异有统计学意义。结论综合案例实验教学法用于《护理学基础》课程可取得良好的教学效果。 Objective To observe the effect of integrated case experiential teaching methods used in the teaching of the course"Fundamentals of Nursing". Methods 100 students from grade 2011 of our college were diviede into two groups according to classes, one is control class, the other is study class.50 students in each group. Traditional teaching methods were used to the control class. Theory was taught in classroom with necessary skills, that is, theoretical lectures-teacher demonstration-students simulated training. Integrated case experimental pedagogy were used in control class. Specific steps: (1)The allocation of teachers and setting scheme about integrated case experimental pedagogy: to establish teaching and research group, clective preparation, teaching step in the implementation, class time arrangements. (2) Students work in groups;(3) Operation project (Case) design. (4) Assessment. Evaluation grade is divided into excellent, good, fair, poor. The total scores 90~100 is eccellent, 80~89 is good, 70~79 is fair,≤60 is poor. Results Skills assessment scores results in two classes of nursing students with different skills training teaching method has a significant difference (P〈0.05) the study class skills assessment scores than the control classes. Conclusion Comprehensive Case experiential teaching methods for"Fundamentals of Nursing"course can obtain good teaching effect.
