摘要
目的制备水飞蓟素固体分散体胶囊剂,考察不同水飞蓟素制剂的体外溶出度和人体药动学特性。方法采用溶剂法和熔融法制备水飞蓟素固体分散体,并进行不同水飞蓟素制剂体外溶出度和人体药动学研究。结果制备的水飞蓟素固体分散体胶囊剂的溶出度和生物利用度均高于市售的国产的益肝灵片和进口的利肝隆胶囊。结论水飞蓟素固体分散体胶囊剂能够显著提高水飞蓟素的生物利用度。
Objective To study on the preparation of Silymarin solid dispersion (SD) capsules and characteristics of different formulations of silymarin in vitro. Methods Silymarin solid dispersion was prepared by solvent and melting method, and study different formulations of silymarin in vitro dissolution and human pharmaeokinetic. Results The dissolution and mean AUC(0-t) of Silymarin after solid dispersion (SD) capsules administration were higher than the AUC(0-1) after commercial preparations administration. Conclusion It is possible to improve the bioavailability of Silymarin if given in the solid dispersion capsules
