康复护理干预对防治烧伤瘢痕的影响

Influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prevention and control of burn scar

目的探讨康复护理干预对防治烧伤瘢痕的影响。方法将200例烧伤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各100例,对照组按照烧伤护理常规实施护理,干预组采取康复护理干预措施,比较两组护理措施对瘢痕形成的影响和烧伤后6个月时两组患者生活自理能力。结果烧伤后1个月创面瘢痕痊愈、轻度瘢痕、中度瘢痕、重度瘢痕形成对照组例数(0、10、90、0例)与干预组例数(0、9、91、0例)比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.00、0.08、0.10、0.00,均P>0.05);烧伤后6个月时瘢痕痊愈、轻度瘢痕、中度瘢痕、重度瘢痕形成对照组例数(0、28、50、22例)与干预组例数(20、60、20、0例)比较,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=10.63、9.56、13.40、8.21,均P<0.01)。日常生活自理能力优、良、一般、差对照组例数(20、44、11、25例)与干预组例数(68、26、5、1例)比较,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=9.56、8.67、4.15、10.59,均P<0.01)。结论康复护理干预是防治烧伤后瘢痕形成、提高患者日常生活自理能力和生存质量的有效保证和重要手段。

Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prevention and control of burn scar. Methods 200 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to the digital meter method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was taken routine burn care, intervention group was taken rehabilitation nursing intervention. The influence of nursing measures of the two groups for scar formation and independent living ability of the two groups 6 months after burn wound were compared. Results One month after scar healed scars, mild, moderate, and severe scar formation of control group number （0, 10, 90, 0 case） and intervention group number （0, 9, 91, 0 case） had no statistically significant differences （χ^2=0.00, 0.08, 0.10, 0.00, all P 〉 0.05）; 6 months after bum when sear healed, mild, moderate, and severe scar formation of control group number （0, 28, 50, 22 cases） and intervention group number （20, 60, 20, 0 case） had statistically significant differences （χ^2=10.63, 9.56, 13.40, 8.21, all P 〈 0.01）. Self-care ability of daily life excellent, good, general, poor control group number （20, 44, 11, 25 cases） and intervention group number （68, 26, 5, 1 case） had statistically significant differences （χ^2=9.56, 8.67, 4.15, 10.59, all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention is an effective guarantee and important means for preventing scar formation after burn wound and improving self-care ability of daily life and quality of life of patients.
