摘要
井漏是钻井过程中常见的复杂情况,处理不好就会造成严重的后果。SD-1孔在钻进中遇到中生界三叠系刘家沟组时,先后发生了2次井漏。针对该区地层压力低,可钻性差,尤其是含细砾岩的底部极易发生井漏的特点,在前期3次堵漏失败后,采取了胡桃壳-聚丙烯酰胺进行堵漏,并最终获得了成功。该方法可为类似地区的堵漏提供参考。
Circulation loss is a common complication during drilling, if it has not been processed perfectly, serious consequences will be caused. During the drilling process of the borehole SD-I when intersecting the Liujiagou Formation of Mesozoic Triassic System, 2 circulation losses have been happened sueeessively. In allusion to characteristics of low strata pressure, poor drillability in the area, and especially microconglomerate bottom easy to happen circulation loss, after the 3 earlier stage fails of leakage plugging, using walnut shell-polyacrylamide instead, and success finally. The method can be a reference of leakage plugging in similar areas.
