摘要
围绕提高UPS用12V高功率电池的恒功率放电特性、寿命、可靠性,分析影响该电池性能的主要因素,提出其设计的核心问题是如何降低电池内阻、减小压降、减缓电池极化、提高活性物质利用率。通过板栅设计、极板厚度与片数、铅膏组份、固化温度、隔膜选择、装配压缩比、连接压降等方面进行分析并提出设计思路。
This paper is focused on improving the reliability, the constant power discharge characteristics and service life of the 12V high-power UPS battery. The key factors such as internal resistance, polarization, voltage drop and active material utilization are discussed. Grid design, plate thickness, lead-plaster composition, curing temperature, separator selection, compression ratio, etc. are also analyzed and eventually the design idea is presented.
