摘要
在难取心地层,孔底冲洗液的流向和流量直接影响岩矿心的采取率及其品质.据此设计了采用正循环冲洗工艺的HD-76-I型钻具,并使用具有良好胶结稳定作用的SM胶液,提高了在严重裂隙破碎的、软岩变化的、松散和流失的难取心地层的岩金钻探采取率和取心质量.
The flow direction and capacity of the flushing water at hole bottom have a direct inilucncc upen core recovery and quality for coring in a rock formation with difficulty. In order to overcome this difficulty, we have specially designcd a new drilling tool (model HD-76-1) adcpted direct circulation flushing technology. By means of this drilling tool and using the SM cement fluid which has a good and stable cementation property, core recovery and quality have been greatly raised and improvcd for mountain gold drilling in seriously fractured, sort and loosened rock formations.
