摘要
通过元杂剧《窦娥冤》中张驴儿违法获得毒药致人丧命及其他杂剧中有关售药、用药方面的描述,依据元代相关史料,揭示出元朝政府医药管理的法律条文、规章制度及产生的社会效果。认为,元中央政府对于医药(尤其是假药、毒药)的售卖和使用给予了一定的重视,但因诸多因素的影响和制约,其医药管理的实际效果却不明显。
By studying the poetic drama Dou E Yuan(Snow in Midsummer),we could see the articles of law and rules and regulation of the medicine management of Yuan government and their social effect.This paper thinks that though the central government paid certain attention to the selling and use of medicine(especially fake medicine and poison),its management of medicine was not so effective due to the influenceand restriction of many factors.
