摘要 铅酸蓄电池工业是污染严重的行业,仅仅靠末端治理具有很大的局限性,清洁生产作为一种全新的创造性思想,是防治铅酸蓄电池污染的根本出路和最佳途径。本文以清洁生产为基础重点分析了某铅酸蓄电池企业的节能减排水平和节能减排潜力,通过采用多项节能减排方案,起到了显著的经济效益和环境效益,为铅酸蓄电池行业的发展以及开展清洁生产工作提供了科学的参考和借鉴。 : Lead - acid Battery industry causes serious pollution, which has obvious limitations only through end - of pipe pollution treatment. Cleaner production is a new and creative idea, which is the key 'way and best approach to prevent and solve the pollution of Lead - acid Battery industry. The level and potential of energy - conservation and emission reduction were analyses emphatically combined with the certain Lead - acid Battery enterprise based on Cleaner production in this paper. Significant economic and environmental benefits were achieved through implementing advancedenergyconservation and emission reduction technologies, which providing scientific reference for the production of Lead- acid Battery industry and the cleaner production in Lead - acidBattery industry.
