摘要
碳纤维复合材料的应用十分广泛,而碳纤维的造价却又十分高,若能找出一个比较好的碳纤维回收方法,则会产生很大的经济效益。本文作者从焚烧法入手,设置了一系列温度梯度,通过实验得出最合适的温度为550℃,再将所回收的碳纤维再利用通过手糊成型得到再生复合材料,检测其能拉伸强度和冲击韧性,发现其性能只有原材料的35%到40%之间。分析得出再生纤维很容易产生应力集中现象,并且树脂的含量和固化过程中的升温速率都会影响再生材料的性能。
Composites of carbon fiber is widely used, but manufacturing carbon fiber needs a great deal of cost , so it will produce a significant economic benefits if there is a good method to recycle carbon fiber. The Writers make a studying on the method of incineration, concluded that the most appropriate temperature is 550 o c through the experiment by setting a series of temperature gradient. Then take the recycled carbon fiber as a raw material combines with the new resin to make regenerated composite material by hand lay - up , when testing the tensile strength and impact toughness between the regenerated composite material and intact composites ,it's found that the performance of regenerated composite material only between 35% to 40% percent of intact composites. Its easily to produce the phenomenon of Stress concentration by analyzing experimental process. The heating rate of resin content and curing process will affect the properties of the recycled material.
