摘要
本实验参照国家标准GB/T 5009.15—2003[1]《食品中镉的测定》,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中的镉含量,并对其含量的不确定度进行评定,仔细分析了检测过程中不确定度的来源,找出主要影响因素,为今后提高检测结果的准确性提供了理论依据。并且为大米中镉含量的判定提供了参考。
in this study, according to the national standard GB/T 5009.15 "2003 [ 1 ]" - Determination of cadmium in food, graphite furnace AAS Determination of cadmium in Rice by absorption spectrometry, and the content of this uncertainty, a careful analysis of the source of the uncertainty in the detection process, find out the main influencing factors, provide theory the basis for improving accuracy of detection results in the future. And provides a reference for the determination of cadmium in Rice.
