摘要
釜式连续常压热聚合法的改质沥青的生产工艺不是很复杂,控制指标也不多,产品质量调节比较容易,生产中主要出现的问题一是改质沥青的两台液下泵容易损坏,二是反应釜的内壁容易结焦,结焦物被搅拌器刮落至釜底部后容易堵塞沥青出料管,并且增加了改质沥青的甲苯不溶物和喹啉不溶物的含量。
The production process of kettle--type continual atmospheric pressure thermal polymerization for modi- fied bitumen is not very complicated with few control targets and relatively easy adjustment of product quality; while problems occurring during production include two submerged pumps prone to damage and coke cohesion on the inner walls of the reaction kettle, which can clog the discharge nozzle if scraped to the bottom of the kettle by the mixer and increase the contents of toluene and quinoline insolubles in modified bitumen.
