摘要
正确理解和准确把握在职人员继续教育的理论依据,是有效构建继续教育模式的前提条件。终身教育理论、经济学理论、心理学理论、人才结构理论和人力资本经济效益理论,分别对在职人员继续教育目标、专业结构、教学原则、课程体系和办学效益方面产生影响,并提出相关规定性。
Correct understanding and accurate grasping the theoretical basis of continuing education of in--service personnel, which is the premise of building the mode of continuing education effectively. Lifelong education theory, economic theory, psychology theory, talent structure theory and human capital theory, which respectively exert influence on the goal of continuing education of in - service personnel, professional structure, teaching principle, curriculum system and teaching efficiency etc, and puts forward to the related stipulations.
