摘要
教师的积极性是影响高职院校发展的重要因素之一。在高职院校教师管理中实施科学的激励机制,能够激发教师的主观能动性,对于院校发展至关重要。本文通过对高职院校教师管理激励机制所存在的多重问题的分析,提出多层面构建与完善教师管理激励机制的策略。
The teachers' enthusiasm is one of the important interrelated factors to influence the de- velopment of higher vocational colleges. Scientific incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges can inspire teachers' subjectivity, which plays a key role in the development of colleges. Based on the analysis of the multiple problems in current situation of incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges , the paper puts forward the strategies of teachers' management incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges at various levels.
