In attempt to expound the important rolc paid by pH value in metallogenesis of gold ores from a new point of view, a buffer systcm, is introduced in this paper. This concepion provides a theoretical basis for prognostication of concealed gold ore body, Thus the blindness in delineating gold ore cxploration target can be ovcrcome.
