摘要
该文基于对黄石市资源枯竭形态的分析,阐述了资源枯竭城市黄石市面临的生态环境问题,提出了开展环境专项整治、严格环境准入、构建生态补偿机制、完善环境经济政策等对策,以实现对黄石市资源枯竭城市转型过程中环境保护。
Based on the analysis of the resource exhausting pattern, the author elucidates the ecological issues of Huangshi, a resource-exhausted city, and puts forward the relevant solutions including the specific environment treatment, strict environmental permitting threshold, ecological compensation mechanism construction and environmental economic policies improvement to realize the environmental protection during the transformation process of the resource-exhausted city of Huangshi.
