硝基咪唑类肿瘤乏氧细胞显影剂化学结构与构效关系研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 硝基咪唑类肿瘤乏氧细胞显影剂是目前国内外研究得较为成熟并且具有发展前景的一类用于肿瘤治疗的药物。本文对近年来几类具有代表性的硝基咪唑类化合物的化学结构、生物学活性、作用机制进行综述,并对显影剂今后的应用前景进行了展望。 Nitroimidazole is widely and deeply researched as hypoxic celles developer in China and abroad at present.This paper reviews their structure,biological activities,mechanisms,and structure-activity relationships,and the application foreground is prospected in the future for the developer.
