委中放血治疗痤疮临床效果观察

Efficacy observation of pricking bleeding at Weizhong in treating acne

目的验证中医古籍中"委中放血治疗痤疖"的临床疗效,为优化针灸临床治疗方案提供依据。方法将60例痤疮患者分为两组,委中放血组30例,肺俞放血组30例。治疗后观察比较两组疗效和症状积分情况。结果委中放血组总有效率为96.67%,肺俞放血组总有效率为93.33%;委中放血组症状积分为(11.2±3.8)分,肺俞放血组为(12.8±4.1)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论委中放血与肺俞放血治疗痤疮临床效果没有明显差异,均可用于针灸治疗痤疮等皮肤病。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pricking bleeding at Weizhong in treating acne. Methods 60 patients were divided into 2 groups, 30 patients in Weizhong bloodletting group were treated with quick puncture bleeding in Weizhong, the other 30 patients in Feishu bloodletting group were treated with quick puncture bleeding in Feishu. After treatment, the effect and symptom scores were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in Weizhong bloodletting group was 96.67%, which was 93.33% in Feishu bloodletting group; the symptom scores of Weizhong bloodletting group were （11.2±3.8） scores, which were （12.8±4.1） scores in Feishu bloodletting group, with no significant differences between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Weizhong bloodletting in acne is almost the same with Feishu bloodletting, both can be used for the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of skin disease such as acne.
