摘要
射孔是煤层气井施工中的一个重要环节,常规射孔作业是在施工过程中将煤层气套管在煤层位置射穿。根据射孔法的这一原理,探索出了一些在煤层气井钻探施工过程中的非常规应用。结合HD-150和ZH-266煤层气钻井的实例,采用射孔工艺,依据测井数据选择合适的射孔位置,通过聚能射孔弹射穿套管,成功的处理了固井过程中的水泥低返和套管作业过程中的煤层坍塌事故,保证了两口煤层气井的正常完工,避免了重大的经济损失。
Perforation is a major link in CBM well construction; conventional perforation task is to perforate the CBM casing right at coal seam horizon. Based on this principle of perforation method, has tracked out some unconventional applications during CBM well drilling process. Combined with examples of HD-150 and ZG-266 CBM wells, according to well logging data has selected proper perforating ho-rizon, using shaped charge to perforate casing, successfully handled lower cement returning during well cementing and coal seam col-lapse accident during casing lowering, ensured normal completion of two CBM wells, avoided great economic losses.
