胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭患者治疗中无创通气的运用

The Application of Noninvasive Ventilation on Patients with Acute Respiratory Failure

目的探讨无创通气治疗胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 25例胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭患者均给予双水平无创正压通气呼吸机治疗,对比分析患者通气前后pH值、心率、血气、呼吸频率等的变化情况。结果 25例患者通过双水平无创正压通气呼吸机治疗后,其pH值、心率、血气、呼吸频率等均出现显著的变化,pH值为(7.39±0.03),HR为(92.5±6.9),PaO2为(324.6±11.7),RR为(23.7±6.1),治疗效果较为明显。结论无创通气治疗胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭,可取得理想的治疗效果,降低死亡率,值得在临床医学中推广与使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure, in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods 25 cases of patients with acute respiratory failure in cardiothoracie surgery were 1reared wilh bilevel positive airway pressure （BiPAP）, whose changes in terms of pH, heart rate, blood gas and respiratory frequency were compared before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, such indicators of the 25 cases as pH, heart rate and respiratory frequency decreased significantly and PaO2 increased a lot. Compared with the data before treatment, there was statistical significance in the differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation shouhl be recommended and applied in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in cardiothoracie surgery for its ideal curative effect and low mortality.
