摘要
房室传导径路中由于不同水平(如近端和远端)受损程度不同,可产生不同程度的复合性房室阻滞,使心电图变得复杂。本文报道两例复合性Ⅱ度房室阻滞,分别表现为PR间期延长的文氏周期和交替下传的文氏周期,并简要讨论机制和临床意义。
The severity of compound atrioventricular block varies with the damage degree of atrioventricular conduction path (eg. proximal and distal) , which can complicate the electrocardiogram. In this paper, two cases of compound degree II atrioventricular block with PR interval prolonged and alternating Wenckebaeh period are reported respectively, and their mechanisms and clinical significance are briefly discussed.
