社区干预对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

The Effects of Community Intervention on Treatment Adherence of Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨社区干预对高血压患者治疗依从性及血压控制的影响。方法对在社区卫生服务中心建档的110例高血压患者进行为期6个月的社区干预,并且于干预前后对高血压患者采用自行编制的问卷进行调查,评价其干预效果。结果与干预前比较,干预后患者治疗依从性有明显提高,血压显著下降。结论社区综合干预措施有利于提高高血压患者治疗依从性,从而降低血压,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of community intervention on treatment adherence and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. Methods Community intervention was carried out in 110 patients with hypertension who were recorded in community health service center for 6 months. Self - designed questionnaires were used to evaluate effects before and after intervention. Results Compared with previous intervention, treatment adherence was obviously improved after intervention, and blood pressure significantly decreased. Conclusion Integrated community intervention well improved treatment adherence and lowered blood pressure, which eventually improved the life quality of patient with hypertension.
