甘露醇治疗青光眼的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing in the Treatment of Glaucoma with Mannitol

目的对甘露醇治疗青光眼的疗效进行观察并分析其护理方式。方法选取2011年9月至2012年6月期间,我院收治的176例青光眼患者,其中男性96例,女性80例,年龄为22～71岁,平均年龄为(47.1±8.2)岁。随机将所有患者分为观察组和对照,每组各88例。比较两组患者性别、年龄、病情等一般资料,没有显著差异(P>0.05),故具有可比性。给予两组患者常规护理,另给予观察组患者综合护理。结果治疗组患者的起效时间、眼压下降情况及药效持续时间没有显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者的并发症情况差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用甘露醇治疗青光眼具有起效快、疗效明显等特征,但是因该药物可能导致一系列并发症,故在治疗过程中应加强对其的护理,从而有效提高治疗成效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of mannitol in the treatment of glaucoma and analyze the nursing mode. Methods 176 cases of glaucoma from September 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital were selected （96 male and 80 female）, the age of these patients ranged from 22 to 71 years old and the average age was （47. 1± 8.2） years old. All the patients were randomly divided into the observation group （88 cases） and the control group （88 cases）. There was no sig- nificant difference when general data （ such as gender, age, illness and so on） of the two groups （ P 〉 0.05） were com- pared. Two groups were given routine nursing care, patients in the observation group were given additional comprehensive nursing care. Results The onset time, decrease of intraocular pressure and duration of efficacy of the patients in the two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） ; but complications in the patients of the two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Mannitol in the treatment of glaucoma took effect quickly with significant curative effects. However, the drugs may cause a series of complications, so it is necessary to strengthen the nursing care in the course of treatment to enhance the curative effects.
