抑郁症患者的治疗用药分析

The drug-use analysis of psychotropic drugs among patients with depression

目的了解该院住院抑郁症患者精神药物的临床使用情况。方法使用一日法对该院2012年抑郁症住院患者的精神药物处方进行调查。结果药物治疗抑郁症的方案有13种,联用抗抑郁药、抗精神病药和心境稳定剂88例(72.73%);使用的抗抑郁药均为新型抗抑郁药,其中舍曲林使用频率最高(29.75%);使用抗精神病药94例(77.69%),其中奥氮平使用频率最高(27.27%);抗焦虑药以苯二氮卓艹卓为主,阿普唑仑与劳拉西泮共占59.50%(72/121)。结论该院抗抑郁药的使用能够做到个体化用药,治疗抑郁症方案合理、有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical use of psychotropic drugs among patients with depression in our hos- pital. Methods Investigate the psychotropic drugs prescription of patients with depression hospitalized in our hospital in 2012 in the same day. Results It contained 13 kinds of therapeutic schemes for depression,among which the combined application of antidepressants, antipsychotics and mood stabilizers accounted for 88 cases（72.73% ）. All of antidepressants used in the in- vestigation were novel drugs ,among which sertraline accounted for 29.75%. （94 cases）77.69% of patients used antipsychot- ics ,and olanzapine was most widely used（ accounted for 27.27% ）. Most of anxiolytics used were benzediazepines, and alprazo- lain and lorazepam accounted for 59.50% together. Condusion The personalized medicine of antidepressants was achieved, while the therapeutic schemes for depression was rational and effective.
