中药饮片中存在的质量安全问题及处理策略

Quality and Safety and Targeted Strategy Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces

目的探讨中药饮片中存在的质量安全问题及处理策略。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月—2012年12月192批次中药饮片的验收和退货记录,分析中药饮片存在质量安全问题,并且提出有针对性的处理策略。结果对于192批次中药饮片的验收和退货记录进行汇总统计,其中因质量安全不合格而拒收的中药饮片12批次(6.25%),共涉及到58个品种,质量安全不合格中药饮片的原因主要有来源混淆、掺伪掺假、杂质超标、炮制不合格、含量不合格、过度硫磺熏、变质等方面。结论影响中药饮片质量安全问题的因素是多方面的,必须结合实际情况制定与实施有效的处理策略,以进一步提高中药饮片的质量安全。

Objective To discuss the quality and safety and treatment strategies traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods Choosed records of acceptance and returns of 192 batches of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces from Jan.2005 to Dec.2012 to analyze the quality and safety of decotion pieces and provide targeted strategy to it.Results There were 12 batches unqualified（6.25%）,including 58 kinds.The main causes were source confusion,blending pseudo,impurity overweight,unqualified processing,content not qualified.Conclusion There are many causes influenced on qualiry and safety of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.We should draw up targeted strategy according to actual situation to improve quality.
