注射器加压注水协助输尿管镜下钬激光碎石的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结注射器加压注水在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用体会。方法回顾我院2010—2012年间56例采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者,术中均采用60ml注射器经输尿管镜桥侧孔加压注水的方式使视野保持清晰,通过注射器反向抽吸的方法可使上移入肾盂的结石回落到连接部得以继续碎石。结果 56例输尿管结石患者通过此种方法均使术中视野保持清晰,其中10例输尿管上段结石患者术中部分结石上移入肾盂内,8例通过注射器反向抽吸的方法使结石回落到连接部得以继续碎石成功。结论在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中出现视野不清时采用注射器加压注水的方式可以使视野变得清晰,当结石上移入肾盂时通过注射器反向抽吸的方法可使结石重新回落到连接部得以继续碎石。 Objective To summarize the application of syringe pressurized water injection in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods We analysis the clinical materials of 56 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012.All patients are used pressurized water injection with the 60ml syringe through the side hole of ureteroscope bridge in surgery to make the vision keeping clear,The stones moved into the renal pelvis could be down to the connection using the syringe reverse suction method,so that could continue to crush stone.Results 56 cases of patients with ureteral stones using such methods to make the vision keeping clear in surgery,The stones of 10 cases moved upto the renal pelvis,and there were 8 cases using the syringe reverse suction method make the stones down to the connecting part so that continuing to crush stone successful.Conclusion When the vision is not clear in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,syringe pressurized water injection can make the vision becomes clear.If the stones moved into the renal pelvis,syringe reverse suction method could make the stones back down to the connection to continue to crush stone.
