摘要
目的分析优质护理服务在精神病院实施的难点,并给出有效的对策。方法回顾性分析2012年1—7月我院190例患者或家属进行的问卷调查结果,总结在精神病院实施优质护理服务中存在的问题和难点,并给出积极的解决对策。结果患者疾病类型特殊和护士的专业知识水平不足是影响精神病院实行优质护理服务的主要难点。结论针对在精神病院进行优质护理服务中存在的障碍进行有效的管理干预,加强对护士的培训和管理等能够有效的提高护士的护理效果和患者的护理满意度。
Objective To study the methods of nursing strategy of quality nursing in psychiatric hospital.Methods Choosed 190 patients or their family members from Jan.2012 to Jul.2012 to analyze by questionnaire to sum up the problems and difficulty in in psychiatric hospital.Results The main difficulties to effect on quality nursing were specific types of disease and professional knowledge level.Conclusion We should strengthen nurses training and management to improve nursing effect and patients＇ satisfaction.
