联合检测P504S、VEGF和MVD在肾细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Combined Detection and Its Clinical Significance of the Expression Levels of P504S,VEGF and MVD in Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨联合检测P504S、VEGF和MVD在肾细胞癌(RCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化LDP法,检测P504S、VEGF和MVD在RCC和正常肾组织中的表达情况,观察RCC的P504S、VEGF的表达和MVD之间的相关性,以及三者与肿瘤分级、分期、远处转移及预后的关系。结果 P504S的表达水平与VEGF的表达和MVD之间存在正相关性,三者均与RCC的病理分级、临床分期及远处转移、预后显著相关(P<0.01)。结论 P504S、VEGF和MVD可在一定程度上反映RCC的生物学行为,联合检测3项指标可以评估RCC恶性程度,有助于判断肿瘤的转移及患者的预后。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of expressions of alpha-methylacyl-coA racemase （P504S） ,vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and tumor microvessel density （MVD） in patients with renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. Methods Immunohistochemical labeled dextran polymer （LDP） was used to detect the expression of P504S,VEGF and MVD in 67 cases of RCC and in 10 cases of normal renal tissue. Results The expression of P504S in RCC was positively correlated to the expression of VEGF and the tumor MVD; expressions of P504S,VEGF and MVD were all dramatically related to the tumor pathologic grade, the clinical stage, distant metastasis and prognosis （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It suggests that P504S,VEGF and MVD might play a role in the biological behavior of RCC and might serve as an important indicator of malignancy,distant metastasis and prognosis of RCC.
