门急诊处方常见不合理用药分析

Analysis of irrational drug usage in outpatient and emergency prescription

目的了解该院处方不合理用药的类型及原因。方法抽查该院门、急诊处方1600张,对其中不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果 1600张处方中存在不合理用药处方197张,占12.3%。其中,抗生素滥用79张(4.9%)所占比例最大,其次为重复用药30张(1.9%)和诊断与用药目的不符25张(1.6%)。结论合理用药是医院药师、医师现阶段工作重点、难点,该院合理用药情况有待加强,需要社会、医院各方共同努力,提高合理用药水平。

Objective To investigate the type and causes of irrational drug use in this hospital. Methods Randomly elected 1600 prescriptions from outpatient and emergency in our hospital, counted and analyzed the situation of irrational drug use in the prescriptions. Results 197 eases （ 12.3% ） of unreasonable prescriptions were found in 1600 prescriptions, among that,abuse of antibiotics 79 prescriptions （4.9%） take the largest proportion, followed repeated drug use 30 prescriptions （ 1.9% ） and diagnosis and treatment inconsistent with the purposes 25 prescriptions（ 1.6% ）. Conclusion Rational drug use is important and difficulty for the pharmacist and physician at this stage. The rational drug usage in our hospital still needs im- provement, it needs the efforts of the social and hospital, in order to improve the level of rational drug usage.
