养血清脑颗粒辅治小量脑出血的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Yangxueqingnao granule in the auxiliary cure of mild cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察养血清脑颗粒辅治小量脑出血的临床效果。方法将40例小量脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予养血清脑颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、肢体功能及语言功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、血肿吸收情况及安全性。结果观察组显效率为75.0%高于对照组的40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组神经功能缺损评分、肢体及语言功能障碍评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血肿完全吸收率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中均未出现出凝血功能障碍及肝、肾等功能异常。结论养血清脑颗粒辅治小量脑出血疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangxueqinguao granule in the auxiliary cure of mild cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 40 cases patients with mild cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group,each of 20 cases. Control group were given conventional treatment,and observation group were given Yangxueqinguao granules on the basis of control group. The clinical effects,scores of limb and language funetions,neurologic impairment seores, hematoma absorption,and safety of 2 groups were compared. Results The significant efficiency rate of observation group （75.0%） was higher than that of control group （40.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treat- ment,the scores of limb and language funetions,neurologie impairment scores of 2 groups was lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Complete absorption rate of hematoma of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. During the treatment, there were no coagulation disorders, or liver and kidney dysfunction in 2 groups. Conclusion The effect of Yangxueqingnao granules in the auxiliary cure of mild cerebral hemorrhage is significant,has a better safety.
