Cause and countermeasures of common complication after pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的分析胰十二指肠切除术(PD)后常见并发症的原因及对策。方法选取接受PD手术的患者65例,对患者性别、年龄、并发症和各类致病因素的相关性进行分析。结果 65例患者中,出现与手术有密切相关的严重并发症14例(21.5%),术前总胆红素水平、低蛋白血症、术中出血量、患者年龄及术前贫血是导致术后并发症的5项重要因素。结论若患者确需接受PD术,应于术前采取积极的预防措施,选择合适的手术,并严格按流程进行操作,积极处理术后并发症,以提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the causes and countermeasures of common complications after pancreatoduodenectomy （PD） . Methods Select 65 cases patients underwent PD operation,analyzed the relationship between sex,age,complications and all kinds of pathogenic factors. Results Among 65 cases patients,appeared serious complications closely related to operation 14 cases （21.5%） ,preoperative total bilirubin,hypoalbuminemia,blood loss,patient age and preoperative anemia were five major factors caused postoperative complications. Conclusion If the patients is really necessary to accept PD, should take active preventive measures before operation,select appropriate operation,and in strict accordance with the process of operation,deal with postoperative complications actively,so as to improve the treatment effect.
