米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

Clinical observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将72例异位妊娠患者随机分为试验组和对照组各36例。对照组予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组在对照组基础上进行微波热疗。观察2组治疗效果和治疗前后包块大小及血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)值的改变情况。结果试验组治愈率为94.4%高于对照组的80.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后2周包块直径均减小,血β-hCG水平均降低,且试验组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠,能使包块减小,β-hCG水平下降,可显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 72 cases patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 36 cases. Control group were given mifepristone combined with methotrexate,experimental group,on basis of control group,were treated with microwave. Observed the size of mass and serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin （β-hCG） level changes and therapeutic effects of 2 groups before and after treatment. Results The cure rate experimental group （94.4%） was higher than control group （80.6%） ,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05） . After treated for 2 weeks,the size of mass of 2 group were both reduced,and β-hCG level were both decreased,and improvement of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05） . Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,can reduce β-hCG level and diameter of mass,and improve clinical efficacy,and worthy of clinical application.
