摘要
目的分析能力教育培训对提高新执业护士综合能力的影响。方法 2009年7月后分配到医院的新执业护士230名,均采用"模块化、阶段化、分级管理"的培训模式进行理论与操作培训,培训结束后进行考核及问卷调查。结果培训后,新执业护士理论知识、技能操作及综合能力评分均高于培训前,新执业护士对培训的需求度及患者满意度均高于培训前,工作中差错发生率均低于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过能力教育培训,全面提高了新执业护士的综合能力,提高了护理质量,为护理人员的规范化培训提供了参考。
Objective To analyze the impact of capacity educational training on improving comprehensive capacity of new nurse practitioners. Methods July 2009,new nurse practitioners assigned to the hospital 230 cases,both were given theory and hands-on training based on "modular,phased,hierarchical management"training mode,after the training,conducted examination and questionnaire survey. Results After training,theoretical knowledge,operating skills and comprehensive ability score of operate were higher than before training,demand degree for training and patient satisfaction of new nurse practitioners were higher than before training,errors incidence rate were lower than before training,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . Conclusion Through capacity educational training,the comprehensive capacity of new nurse practitioner has improved,the quality of care has improved,provide a reference for standardized training of new nurse practitioner.
