血栓通与3种溶媒配伍的稳定性观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察血栓通与3种溶媒配伍后的稳定性。方法常温下将血栓通分别溶于10%葡萄糖注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液,分别在0、1、2、3、4h观察配伍溶液的外观、pH、不溶性微粒,应用高效液相色谱法测定血栓通含量。结果血栓通注射液与3种溶媒配伍4h内溶液颜色无明显差异,pH无明显变化;随时间延长,不溶性微粒逐渐增多,但符合中国药典要求;随时间延长配伍液含量均逐渐下降,但均符合药典要求。结论血栓通注射液与3种溶媒在常温下、4h内配伍稳定,但为用药安全,临床医师应选择说明书推荐的溶媒。 Objective To observe the stability of Xueshuantong compatibility with 3 kinds of solvent. Methods Under normal temperature Xueshuantong were dissolved in 10% glucose injection,5% glucose injection,0. 9% sodium chloride injection,respectively in 0,1,2,3,4h observed the appearance,pH,insoluble particles of the mixed fluid,and measured the content by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Xueshuantong compatibility with 3 kinds of solvent,there was no significant difference in color and pH within 4h; insoluble particles gradually increased with time,but in line with Chinese pharmacopoeia; the content of fluid compatibility were gradually decreased with time,but in line with Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion Xueshuantong compatibility with 3 kinds of solvent is stable at room temperature and within 4h,but for drug safety, clinicians should try to select manual recommended solvent.
