摘要
针对近年国内上网发电机组频繁出现热工控制系统原因引起机组功率振荡,继而引发电网低频功率振荡事件,对发电机组热工控制系统有可能引起机组功率振荡的各种影响因素进行机理分析和研究,结合一些由于机组原因引发电网功率振荡的事例,分析了各种可能引起机组功率振荡的原因,提出发电机组热工控制系统在运行维护和开展相关涉网试验过程中需要注意的事项以及机组功率振荡的防控措施。
Aiming at problems of frequent unit power oscillation triggered by thermal control system of online generator unit at resent years in domestic and low frequent power oscillation of power grid, this paper analyzes and studies mechanism of various influencing factors probably resulting in unit power oscillation. Combining some cases of power grid power oscillation for reasons of unit, it analyzes different reasons for causing power oscillation and proposes matters need attention during the period of operational maintenance and involvement in the network testing for thermal control system and precontrol measures for power oscillation.
