Frequent Questions in Commissioning for Seal Oil System of 1 000 MW Unit and Corresponding Disposal Methods

对东方1 000 MW汽轮发电机密封油系统在调试过程中出现的典型故障,如密封油系统油水检漏仪不能报警、浮子油箱油位调节不正常、发电机内部进油、漏氢量大、密封油备用泵频繁联启及漏氢检测仪安装位置错误进行了详细的分析,并提出相关改造、调整等措施,有效防止了发电机进油、漏氢等事故的发生,提高了机组的安全、经济运行。

This paper analyzes typical faults of seal oil system of 1 000 MW steam turbine generator in commissioning process such as oil-water leak detector being unable to warn, abnormal oil level adjustment of the floater oil tank, inner oil-taking of the generator, frequent united startup of the standby pump of seal oil system and wrong installation position of the hydrogen leakage detector. It proposes related inform and adjustment measures which mean to prevent accidents of oil-taking and hydrogen leakage of the generator and improve safe and economic operation of the unit.
