通过回顾我国工程建设监理行业的发展历程,对目前建筑市场监理行业存在的问题进行了分析,并由此提出了建设监理行业进一步发展完善的对策与建议,从而更好地发挥工程建设监理的作用。

By reviewing the development course of construction supervision industry in China,this paper analyzed the problems of present construction market supervision industry,and put forward further development and perfect countermeasures and suggestions of construction supervision industry,in order to better play the role of engineering construction supervision.
