摘要
采用文献与资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法对吉林省体育系统竞技体育人力资源中的运动员、教练员现状进行比较及相关问题进行分析,结果表明:吉林省竞技体育后备人才资源不仅数量少,而且质量不高;人力资源结构和人才梯队不尽合理;后备人才资源配置与国家奥运优势项目契合度不高;优秀运动员人才外流.据此提出相应的建议与对策.
By using the methods of literary,comparative analysis and data statistics,analyses the coaches and athletes of competitive sports' resources in the system of sports in Jilin Province.The result shows that not only the quantity of reserve tanlents of competitive sports in Jilin is lacking,but also the quality of the existing athletes is not at a high level.The structure and patterns of the talent resources are not reasonable.Types of reserve talents are mostly not matching with the preponderant events in Olympic Games.And a large numbers of outstanding athletes go abroad.To solve the above problems,this paper presents the appropriate solutions and suggestions.
