五年制高职产学研合作下的顶岗实习模式探索

Exploration of the on-Post Practice Mode under the Co- operation of Production, Learning and Research in Five-Year Higher Vocational Colleges

产学研教育模式是符合五年制高职教育教学规律的模式,对五年制高职的顶岗实习实施起到重要的指导和支持作用。本文通过介绍产学研结合及其对五年制高职顶岗实习工作的影响,以本校电子商务专业顶岗实习为例,阐述现行顶岗实习存在的问题,并结合产学研合作的背景,进行顶岗实习新模式的探索和研究。

The combination of production, leaning and research is a mode adapting to the teaching rules of five-year higher vocational education, so it can guide and support on-post practice of five-year higher vocational schools. Through introducing this mode and its influence on higher vocational on-post practice, takingon-post practice of business major of our school as the example, this paper expounds the existing problems, and explores and researches the new mode.
