基于我校校系两级管理的思考

Reflections on the Two Level Management of College and Department in our School

校系两级管理是高职高专院校走内涵发展管理模式的一大变革,也是高职高专院校健康持续发展的必经之路。本文通过对作者所在学校校系两级管理实施过程中所存在的问题进行剖析,并针对问题提出了相关的建议,也希望更多的行家能够为校系两级管理的真正落实献言进策。

The two level management of college and department is a revolution of management model by what the colleges can go toward connotational development, which is also the only road that the colleges develop healthily and continuously. The author of this paper analyzes the problems that exist in his own college, and also give some suggestions according to the problems. Finally, the author hopes that more educational experts can give their valuable suggestions.
