摘要
本文研究了2009年河南省农村、县镇、城市小学的动态发展状况。从6个方面进行了3类小学的比较:教师专业技术;专任教师年龄;主副课师资;办学硬件;办学软件;18个地市农村小学。发现:河南省小学义务教育资源分布仍存在较大的城乡差异;但从不同地市的农村小学的比较发现,在一张地图上建所有的农村小学是可行的。继而在此基础上提出了河南省农村小学的一张地图模式。
This paper focuses on an empirical study for rural pri- mary school, county-town primary school and urban primary school in He'nan province. Mainly from six aspects of primary schools in all types of comparison" techrtieal aspects of primary school teachers; primary school age of full-time teachers; primary school teachers main subject and minor subjects; primary school on the specific hardware; primary school specific software; 18 lo- cal rural primary schools. Comprehensive study found that: there is a big distribution of resources between urban and rural areas; building all primary schools on a map is not feasible now; but the comparison of rural primary schools in different cities found that it is feasible. On this basis, then this paper presented a map of He'nan province's rural primary school model.
