In the process of building an innovative country, talent is the foundation, education is the guarantee. Innovative teacher plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the innovative talents , however, in practice, the training of innovative teachers is still restricted by many kinds of factors. Breaking the bottleneck to the cultivation of innovative teachers, teachers should shoulder the responsibility and mission, establish the scientific concept of in- novation, but also continue to enhance innovation awareness, un- derstanding the characteristics of education.
