An Inquiry into the Cultivation Mode of Excellent Software Engineering Based on CDIO Concept

CDIO代表构思(Conceive)-设计(Design)-实施(Im-plement)-运行(Operate),作为工程教育改革的全新人才培养模式,为专业工程人才的培养提供了一条有效途径。本文结合CDIO工程教育理念,构建卓越软件工程师人才培养模式体系,将其运用到卓越软件工程师人才的培养中,分别从人才培养模式的目标、过程、制度及评价四个方面,使CDIO理念和软件卓越工程师人才培养得到有效融合。

CDIO is short for Conceive-Design-Implement-Oper- ate, and it provides an effective approach for professional engi- neering talents. Combining with CDIO engineering education concept, this paper constructs a talent cultivation system for ex- cellent software engineering, and applies it to practical cultiva- tion, and effectively integrate the two from four aspects.
