浅论主题班会与高职学生职业核心能力培养的有机结合——以X班级的主题班会为例

A Brief Discussion on the Integration of Theme Class Meeting with Higher Vocational Students’ Occupational Core Ability:A Case Study on Theme Class Meeting of X Class

笔者在对职业核心能力的内涵和意义分析的基础上,结合三年的教学经验,认为主题班会不仅是加强大学生思想政治教育、事务管理和发展指导的重要中介和桥梁,而且在大学生职业核心能力的培养中有着举足轻重的作用。本文以某班的主题班会为例,着眼于高职学生职业核心能力之一的团队合作能力的培养,探索了如何以主题班会为载体,实施行之有效的教育。

Based on the connotation of core competence of occu- pation and significance analysis, combined with three years of teaching experience, the writer thinks the theme class meeting is not only an important intermediary and bridge strengthening ide- ological and political education, business management and de- velopment guidance, but also plays a decisive role role in culti- vating students＇ occupational core competence in. Taking a theme class meeting for an example, this paper focuses on raising stu- dents＇ occupational core ability, explores how to implement effec- tive education with theme class meeting as the carrier.
