On Quality Assurance System for the Development of New Party Members among College Students

十八大报告明确要求提高党员发展质量,如何保证大学生党员发展质量至关重要。本文在总结过去经验的基础上,借鉴企业质量管理体系理论探讨构建大学生党员发展质量体系。

The report of the 18th national congress of the commu- nist party of China clearly demanded to improve the quality of the party members. This article used the theory of QAS for reference to build a Quality Assurance System of developing new party members among college students.
